The hotel's proximity to the Masjid an-Nabawi was SUPERB! It meant quick access for prayers. I found the staff cute and efficient, always ready to assist. The suite upgrade I received was a lovely surprise, so spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the housekeeping team's attention to detail. They maintained the room perfectly.
The initial reservation confusion created a SLIGHT delay upon arrival.
