fantastic locationdining choicesshort walkoverall experience
the location is fantastic with a short walk to the masjid gate. i found many excellent food options nearby, a variety of cuisines. i really appreciated having so many dining choices within walking distance. the overall experience met my needs .
the service was slower than i expected. i requested water bottles and waited for some time.

there are four lifts that worked well for all guests. the breakfast area included an omelette station for customized meals. the hotel offered a wheelchair to assist my mother with her ziarat on very short notice.

the receptionist greeted me politely and professionally upon arrival. check-in was quick, and i got a spacious, cute room. the manager allowed a slightly later check-out and welcomed my feedback with open arms.

the room has comfy beds with clean bed sheets. pillows were very good. the towels included face, hand, and bath sizes, all great quality. duty manager calls almost every day to ask if i need anything.

I left my phone at the hotel, and the staff member, Muhammad Yusof, provided really good support. He contacted the taxi driver and spoke in Arabic, since I don't speak the language. Muhammad Yusof also reviewed the CCTV footage to check if I had dropped the phone (I really appreciate the effort!).

acceptable locationstrong chemical odorreceptionist was not helpful
the location to the masjid was acceptable.
the rooms were not neat and i had to get the room changed which was at different floor and the next day they started a painting job on the floor. due to strong chemical odor my family got allergies and got sick, so i would need my money back.

The hotel's proximity to the Masjid an-Nabawi was SUPERB! It meant quick access for prayers. I found the staff cute and efficient, always ready to assist. The suite upgrade I received was a lovely surprise, so spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the housekeeping team's attention to detail. They maintained the room perfectly.
The initial reservation confusion created a SLIGHT delay upon arrival.
